If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refund and subscription cancellation.


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Zemail, 30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801 USA.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Zemail, accessible from https://zemail.me
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Conditions for Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

In order for a subscription to be eligible for cancellation or refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Trial Periods:

  • If a free trial was offered, and you canceled before the trial ends, no charges will be incurred. 
  • However, once the trial period ends, if you are charged, the subscription may not be refunded unless it falls under the eligibility criteria mentioned below.


Refund Policy for Initial Purchase:

  • Within 48 Hours: Refund requests made within 48 hours of the most recent subscription payment (no questions asked).
  • Between 48 and 72 Hours: Refund requests made between 48 and 72 hours after the most recent payment, provided that:
    • You attempted to use the service but were unable to create an email account or receive any emails.
    • You have not received any mail in any email account created on the platform.
    • You provide details of your attempts in the support ticket.


Refund Policy for Auto-Renewed Subscriptions:

  • Within 72 Hours: To be eligible for a refund, you must:
    • Raise a support ticket within 72 hours of the auto-renewal payment.
    • Have not used any premium services in the new term (e.g., creating new email accounts or receiving emails).
  • Usage in New Term: If you have used any premium services after auto-renewal, no refund will be entertained, even if the request is within 72 hours. We will only cancel the subscription to prevent future charges.
  • After 72 Hours: Refund requests made more than 72 hours after the auto-renewal payment are not eligible.


Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Refund requests made more than 72 hours after the most recent payment.
  • If you have received any mail in any email account created on the platform, regardless of the time frame.
  • If there is suspected abuse or violation of our terms of service.


Special Condition: Refund Policy Abuse:

  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we determine, based on our analysis, that the refund policy is being abused. 
  • This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing the service, using it extensively, and then requesting a refund within the 48-hour no-questions-asked period with the assumption that it will be covered. 
  • This clause is intended to prevent system abuse and ensure the refund policy is used fairly by all customers.


Request Method:

  • All refund requests must be submitted through our dedicated support ticket section. Requests via other channels (e.g., email, social media) will not be processed.


Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 
  • Upon processing, your subscription will be canceled immediately to prevent future charges.
